Former mobile phone shop subject to dilapidation works. Partition currently splits the large unit up, making a kiosk retail unit to front with storage to the rear. The partition is to be removed and made good, to leave a large open plan retail unit, suitable for a variety of uses.

After an initial review and exploration, feedback suggests that as opposed to a minor repair, a larger overhaul of the roof elevation is required. Scaffold will go up when pavement permits granted.

After a bit of a slow start, we are really starting to see improvements at out previously difficult car park. The parties who had been illegally have moved on and our tenants’ are able to use their own parking.
