Planning and Development
Simon Edmonds Chartered Surveyors are able to advise property owners, investors, developers and occupiers across a wide range of schemes and projects. Together with liaising with architects and specialist planning consultants, we are able to advise on various aspects of new builds, property refurbishment, alterations and changes of use.
We are able to provide advice as to project viability assessing supply, demand, size, layout and use. This helps with consideration of what scheme is most suitable for a particular site, along with advice as to projected rental / gross development value.
In partnership with our management work, we are well placed to assist with project management, advising on and supervising works, to enable us to maintain standards of work, costs and timescales. Through active project management we are able to advise on timescales for marketing and occupation, together with anticipated future works and short to long term maintenance schedules.
