Terms agreed. Heads of Terms issued. Dunstable

After undertaking refurbishment works to a 18th Century retail unit we have agreed terms with a new tenant and instructed solicitors; it is always difficult to judge how long these things will take, but we hope to have the new tenant in by the end of June.
