Roofing works. Central Stroud

Roofing work commenced on town centre retail unit. As part of our planned works schedule we have instructed a local roofing contractor to sympathetically replace the roof covering on the rear elevation of some of our managed retail units.

The old tiles were starting to de-laminate, so replacing them now saves the risk of future water ingress as they worsen or of greater concern a fragment of tile falling and causing a hazard.
