Whilst we have contractors on site, they are checking further high level gutters to ensure they are running clear. Blocked gutters and downpipes are a common cause of dampness and water ingress. Much easier to maintain then fix, so good to kept on top of a regular work programme.

Following the recent bad weather, one tenant has had some water ingress to their shop. The likely cause being a build-up of moss to the high level valley gutter. Contractors have been up and cleared the debris. We will now monitor the situation.
