In a fresh blow to struggling businesses it has been announced that a new higher Tier has been introduced.

A second full National lockdown commences today.

Dira Fashions, new clothes retailer coming to Eleanors Cross.

Two newly refurbished office suites available to let in Eleanors Cross. Modern, up together offices available in the town centre. Rarely available good-quality offices at a time many have been converted to residential.

Major refurbishment and updating works carried out to two office suites in multiple occupancy office building. Update works included full redecoration, new carpets and new LED lighting.

Following a period of increasing uncertainty, a full National lockdown has been announced with businesses closed. We understand support for businesses will be available and will update when know.

After a successful display the lights are now coming down and we are scheduling in the work plan for additional areas next year. We are expecting a really eye-catching display for 2020 and are very excited about it. Watch this space.  

Whilst we have contractors on site, they are checking further high level gutters to ensure they are running clear. Blocked gutters and downpipes are a common cause of dampness and water ingress. Much easier to maintain then fix, so good to kept on top of a regular work programme.  

Following the recent bad weather, one tenant has had some water ingress to their shop. The likely cause being a build-up of moss to the high level valley gutter. Contractors have been up and cleared the debris. We will now monitor the situation.
