After a period of busy interest we have agreed a letting on the former Kendrick St Art Gallery. In this busy and sought after location we were confident a new tenant would be found and were pleased to agree terms. Heads of terms have been issued and solicitors instructed. We look forward to the new tenant moving in soon.
