Commercial Property Management. Car Park Issues

A common issue we face is car park abuse, leaving our tenants unable to park in their own spaces and often unable to even access their properties. Working with a national provider of enforcement and management, we have been able to put a permit scheme in place. This was achieved at no cost to either the landlords or the tenants.

It took a couple of weeks for permits to be issued and signage to be erected. Very quickly thereafter, issues were reduced and tenants were reporting a positive impact.
