Car Park Management. Commercial Property.

A common issue we find with Commercial Property is car park abuse. Particularly when dealing with busy industrial estates or town centre offices. To combat this and ensure spaces are available for our tenants we can take a number of steps. There are a couple of options we can consider in these circumstances. One option is car park management and ticketing of illegal cars, but this can cause issues for tenants too.
One particular site we manage has been having numerous problems from neighbouring businesses and local residents. To combat this we have had the car park re white-lined, with the spaces numbered, allow clear signage indicating private parking. We have also had the entrance driveway marked out as “Private Parking”, before cars drive in.
