Simon Edmonds is a Member of the RICS, a General Practice Surveyor with experience in all matters of Commercial Property consultancy services.  Working with Simon Edmonds Chartered Surveyors, you know that you are receiving the personal attention of a knowledgable and practically minded Chartered Surveyor.

Area Covered

We are based out of the Market Town of Stroud, in South Gloucestershire, managing properties and serving clients across the South of England, with a special focus on Stroud and the wider Five Valleys area.  We are happy to consider instructions across the South, but will only accept an instruction if we are confident we can service it to the high standards we set ourselves.

Offering a breadth of General Practice services, with a special focus on Management, Agency and Landlord and Tenant matters, we are able to offer our clients a complete solution for their Commercial Property matters.

At Simon Edmonds Chartered Surveyors, our core business is offering management and associated services to Multi-Occupancy properties and precincts, providing full Management, Agency and Lease Consultancy services. We also provide stand-alone services to one-off clients, including: Agency disposals and acquisitions; Lease Renewals and Rent Reviews on behalf of either the Landlord or Tenant; and the Management of smaller or single properties.

Simon Edmonds Chartered Surveyors are based in Stroud, Gloucestershire, but serve a wide area across the Cotswolds, South West and whole South of England.
