One of our local letting agents has agreed terms and we have issued heads of terms on a vacant building in Bedfordshire. We had undertaken some external improvements to bring the building up to scratch and subsequently a letting was quickly agreed. With a favourable following wind, we hope to have a lease agreed and signed with 4-6 weeks.
